Diana Rivera

My name is Diana Rivera. I’m currently the Hispanic Liaison for Street Stylez Magazine and DLW Graphics. I was born in Queens, New York.  I lived there until I was 14 years old when my parents decided to move to Colombia where I lived for 10 years of my life and was privileged to have experienced one of my passions which is helping others strive for their goals, I worked as an English teacher in well known institutes in the current city I lived in.

After doing this for 3 years I decided to move back to the United States and do the same but found myself helping others as an interpreter working for a small company which through time became well known in the state of New York, Accurate Communications Inc. which handled government contracts where translating and interpreting were required.

I’m looking forward to doing this same line of work for Street Stylez Magazine as well as for DLW Graphics and have them shine just like I have in what I do. I am hoping it will take me to become a certified interpreter in the near future and continue helping others that have difficulty in this world when it comes to communicating what they feel.

Also want to mention all this would have never happened if there wasn’t motivation to strive for more so with that being said, I want to mention I have 2 beautiful daughters that make me so proud each day and I couldn’t be more blessed to call them my daughters, Alejandra and Alyssa because if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be able to see beyond anything and achieve my goals, they are my strength and who I am today and what I will be tomorrow.
